Are your products natural?
At Planned Perfectly, all of our products are made from 100% natural ingredients with no synthetic fillers. We will always list all of the ingredients in each product so that you can feel confident about the products that you are using on your skin.
Are your products vegan?

Why should I use Planned Perfectly’s Natural Organic Essentials?
Our products do not contain any of the following:
- Synthetic Fragrances
- Synthetic Preservatives
- Irritating Detergents
The products we sell are beneficial for your skin and are environmentally safe. They are enriched with moisturizing oils, organic extracts and luxurious essential oils.
Do you test on animals?
Absolutely not. Nope. Never. Our products are NEVER tested on animals.
What is the shelf life of your products?
In order to maintain our company standards of purity and chemical free products, our natural skin care products are made regularly and in small batches using all natural preservatives to maintain freshness. Most products have a shelf life of approximately one year. To extend the shelf-life of our products, we suggest storing them in your refrigerator.
Where are Planned Perfectly’s Natural Organic Essential products sold?
In addition to our products being sold online, you can occasionally find us at a local fairs or festivals. Please see our monthly newsletter as it outlines the events that we will be participating in for the month.
I live in Maryland. Can I pick-up my Planned Perfectly Natural Organic Essentials order?
Our physical location is available for making and shipping products only.
Do you have sample sizes?
Currently, we do not offer sample sizes. However, we may offer samples in the future.
Do you charge sales tax?
All orders shipped to/within Maryland will be subjected to the sales tax in accordance with State law. Any orders shipped elsewhere will not be charged sales tax. Please note that your state may require you to declare mail order or internet purchases and pay sales tax on them directly.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
As all of our products are made to order, we normally try to process all orders within 48 hours. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. If your order has already been processed, we will not be able to make any changes or process any cancellations.
Is my credit card and personal information safe on your site?
Our website uses Secure Sockets Layering (SSL) technology to encrypt your personal sensitive information, including passwords and credit card number during your transaction. SSL is the industry standard for secure online transactions. All of the forms on our site are secured. Your information is NEVER stored or shared, so rest assured purchasing with us is safe.
